Mehdi joined Citizen Capital in 2020. Prior to joining Citizen Capital, he worked as an Associate for Rothschild & Co in Paris in the Global Advisory team and advised mid-sized and large corporates, as well as investment funds on M&A, equity- and financing-related transactions, in diverse sectors such as TMT, retail or business services. Prior to Rothschild & Co, Mehdi completed internships for Private Equity firm Ardian, as well as for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate advisory division.
Mehdi is a graduate of ESCP Business School with a Master’s degree in Management and a specialization in Corporate Finance. He also holds a Master’s in International Business from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
Mehdi is part of the Growth team, with a special interest in Edtech and social mobility topics. He notably was a former mentee and now a mentor in his free time in Article 1 association, dedicated to building a community of examples of success made up of young executives representing the full spectrum of French society.
