Léa joined Citizen Capital in early 2024 as an analyst in the Growth team.
She began her career with Weinberg Capital Partners’ impact fund, where she helped finance SMEs with a positive impact on society or the environment via development capital and LBO operations. In particular, Léa supported companies in the energy transition sector (circular economy, renewable energies).
Léa is a graduate of Sciences Po Aix in International Business and holds a Master Grande Ecole from ESSEC, specializing in corporate finance. She also studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney.
She is particularly interested in sobriety and social justice.
