Jonathan joined Citizen Capital in 2019. Before joining, he worked for Proparco as Investment Officer in charge of growth capital operations in Africa (direct and indirect equity). Prior to Proparco, Jonathan held various investment positions in French Private Equity Funds and notably at Bridgepoint Capital where he became Associate and was directly involved in growth capital and buyout transactions in the lower midmarket segment in France.
Jonathan graduated from ESSEC Business School with a major in Social Entrepreneurship and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
He is especially sensitive to issues of environmental transition and equal opportunities. Besides his professional career, he worked or volunteered for a variety of non-profits, NGOs, microfinance institutions, and the United Nations in fields such as inclusive education and economic development.
Jonathan is the Partner in charge of Citizen Capital’s growth-stage fund.
