Zoé joined Citizen Capital in 2025 as a partner.
Zoé has over 20 years of experience in investment, M&A, corporate finance, and valuation, acquired in investment banking, consulting, and private equity. She has supported deals in many sectors and of all sizes (from the sale of SMEs to large-cap LBOs). Before pivoting to impact investing, she worked on numerous healthcare projects, including complex transactions in the hospital ecosystem (Fondation Hôpital Saint-Joseph in Paris) and consulting on hospital/healthcare projects in emerging countries.
Zoé brings her experience to bear in the origination, execution, and monitoring of investments with a strong social and environmental impact, playing an active role alongside management teams (strategy, governance, M&A, impact roadmap, and KPIs). Previously Associate Director at Impact Partners, she has served on the board/strategic committee of several European healthcare companies covering areas such as remote patient monitoring, cognitive prevention, patient support, and occupational medicine.
She also regularly works as a trainer and author on valuation, cost of capital, M&A, and impact investing.
Zoé holds the CFA charter and a dual degree from KEDGE Business School and Fachhochschule Münster. She is of French-German origin and is trilingual in French, German, and English.
