Victoire Gaillard

Victoire joined Citizen Capital in December 2024 as an Associate in the Growth team.

Previously, she worked for five years in private equity and venture capital at various funds such as InnovaFonds, Société Générale Capital Partenaires, and Creadev, where she contributed to the financing of French start-ups and SMEs in growth (particularly in the industrial sector).

Victoire is a graduate of HEC Montréal and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris-Dauphine University.

She is particularly interested and sensitive to issues related to health (accessibility and efficiency of the system), climate transition, and the social and solidarity economy sector, advocating for a more just and inclusive socio-economic system.
