Raphaëlle Gay

Raphaëlle is Head of Marketing and Communications at Citizen Capital, a position she created in September 2024 to support the development and enhance the visibility of the management company.

She has over ten years of experience at the intersection of innovation, impact entrepreneurship, and support, with a career marked by strategic and operational roles in a variety of environments: startups, large groups, associations, and public actors.

Before joining Citizen Capital, she was Chief Operating Officer at La French Tech Nantes, where she structured and led a large ecosystem of innovation players, managed support programs, and developed partnerships and editorial content.

Long committed to social issues, Raphaëlle is particularly sensitive to issues of social justice and gender equality.
