Justine Bur

Justine joined Citizen Capital in 2025 to take charge of the ELAN Terres Agricoles fund, a holding fund for agricultural land.

Justine has 20 years of experience in the development, structuring, and financing of infrastructure and energy projects. She began her career at Engie in M&A, then moved on to project financing at the IFC (World Bank) before taking responsibility for the deployment of greenfield solar projects in the Asia-Pacific region for a fast-growing German developer.

She holds engineering degrees from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and the London School of Economics.
