As Chief Impact Officer, Clara leads the development and deployment of impact strategies across all investment vehicles. She also supports teams in analyzing the impact of opportunities and works alongside portfolio companies to structure, measure, and manage their impact over time. Deeply committed to the impact investing ecosystem, Clara actively contributes to several working groups, notably within France Invest, Impact Europe (formerly EVPA), and the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission, where she works to advance impact standards in Europe.
Before joining Citizen Capital, Clara worked with several investment funds as an ESG & Impact consultant at Better Way. There, she contributed to the creation of impact funds, the development of ESG/Impact analysis and monitoring tools, and the completion of due diligence. She also gained experience in a non-financial rating agency and in ESG research for a broker.
Clara is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Master’s in International Affairs and Development, specializing in sustainable development) and also studied at the University of Oslo. She is B Leader certified.
