Our mission comitee

Since 2021, Citizen Capital has been a Mission-Driven Company, which means aligning our decisions with our purpose. This framework is overseen by two bodies: our Mission Committee, which meets approximately three times a year to monitor our progress, and an external audit conducted every two years by an independent third party (OTI).

Composed of six members, the Committee plays a key role in advising and challenging us on the implementation of our mission. We see them as “critical friends,” both close and demanding, who help us stay on track.
