Télémaque is an association that promotes equal opportunities in education by supporting young people from low-income backgrounds starting in middle school.
Télémaque is supported by our Citizen Impact Bond Fund.
FINDINGS
In France, 69% of 15-year-old students from disadvantaged backgrounds plan to obtain a higher education degree, compared to 89% of students from privileged backgrounds.
PURPOSE OF THE IMPACT CONTRACT
Encourage students to continue their studies and remove barriers to the professional integration of scholarship recipients and/or students from Priority Neighborhoods enrolled in vocational programs through a dual school-business mentoring program, thereby helping to raise the profile of this career path.
IMPACT OBJECTIVES
- 500 young people supported.
- 60% dynamic outcomes.
- 30% sustainable employment outcomes (>6 months).
NB : dynamic outcome: entry into employment or further education.

Facilitating the social and professional integration of young refugees or immigrants while promoting the experience of working people aged 50+ and retirees in France.
Messidor
Experiment with job coaching for people with persistent mental health issues who do not have RQTH status, and support them in finding employment.
Fondation Mozaïk
Improve the employability of students receiving scholarships and/or from disadvantaged neighborhoods, and support companies in their inclusive recruitment efforts.
Les Eaux Vive Emmaüs
Supporting people with mental health issues who do not have recognized disabled worker status in finding and staying in employment, using job coaching and peer support.
