FINDINGS
A significant proportion of people suffering from mental health issues remain “invisible” to the professionals who could help them find and stay in employment.
PURPOSE OF THE IMPACT CONTACT
Experiment with job coaching for people with persistent mental health issues who are not recognized as disabled workers, and support them in finding employment.
IMPACT OBJECTIVES
- 70% of prescriptions comply with eligibility criteria.
- 330 people supported.
- 37% find employment within 12 months of starting support.
- 45% remain in employment (6 months after initial placement).
