FINDINGS

In Europe, 1 in 4 people are affected by mental health issues during their lifetime.
In France, 12 million people suffer from mental health issues each year.
Mental disorders are the leading cause of disability and the second leading cause of sick leave, according to the World Health Organization.
In more than 70% of cases, the first signs appear between the ages of 15 and 25.

Supporting people with mental health issues who do not have recognized disabled worker status in finding and staying in employment, using job coaching and peer support.

IMPACT OBJECTIVES

  • 240 people supported.
  • 45% progress in removing barriers to employment (housing, mobility, health, administrative rights, etc.).
  • 40% positive outcomes in the mainstream economy.

NB : Positive outcomes in the mainstream economy: obtaining a contract of more than 6 months, entering qualifying training, starting a business.
