Human empowerment

Fondation Mozaïk

Improve the employability of students receiving scholarships and/or from disadvantaged neighborhoods, and support companies in their inclusive recruitment efforts.

FINDINGS

Inequalities in access to employment particularly affect young people from less privileged social backgrounds or areas, and qualifications do not protect them from unemployment or the phenomenon of “de-skilling.”

PURPOSE OF THE IMPACT CONTRACT

The aim of the impact contract is to improve the employability of students receiving scholarships and/or from priority neighborhoods identified in urban policy, and to support companies in their inclusive recruitment efforts.

To this end, the Ambition program prepares students for job hunting through themed modules, provides online educational resources, and offers individual coaching with personalized follow-up.

IMPACT OBJECTIVE

  • 3,000 students reached.
  • 800 scholarship students or students from disadvantaged neighborhoods reached.
  • 65% of students connected with a company.
  • 66% found employment within six months of completing their studies.
  • 71% found long-term employment (among those who found employment).
